Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Intelligink LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website located at https://intelligink.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Consulting Services
The Company provides Microsoft 365 and Azure consulting services, including On-Demand Consulting, Fractional Cloud Services, and Project Services. All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and one or more Statements of Work (“SOW”) executed between you and the Company. These Terms do not govern consulting engagements — your signed MSA and SOW control all aspects of the service relationship.
SMS Text Messaging
Intelligink LLC (“Intelligink”) uses Microsoft Teams Phone to exchange SMS text messages with clients and business contacts who have given us a mobile number and agreed to be contacted that way. This section governs that service and is in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Program description. The Intelligink text messaging program is a conversational, person-to-person service. Our employees use it to carry on one-to-one conversations with existing clients and business contacts who prefer text over email or Microsoft Teams. Every message is written and sent by a person.
Types of messages you can expect. Replies to questions you have asked, scheduling and appointment coordination, status updates on work in progress, and similar one-to-one communication about our engagement with you. Intelligink does not send marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated text messages, and does not use SMS for mass texting of any kind.
Consent. We text you only if you have given us your mobile number and agreed, verbally or in writing during the course of our business relationship, to receive text messages from us — or if you text one of our numbers first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. By agreeing to receive text messages you also consent to our use of an electronic record documenting that agreement; you may withdraw that consent by replying STOP.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Intelligink sends one-to-one conversational messages only, in response to or in the course of an active client conversation. There is no fixed or recurring send schedule and no bulk or promotional messaging.
Message and data rates. Intelligink does not charge you for messages sent or received through this service. Message and data rates may apply, and depending on your plan you may be charged by your mobile carrier or other applicable provider.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message from us for support information, or email us at support@intelligink.com.
Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from an Intelligink number. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from that number. To resubscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact support@intelligink.com or 904-302-6092. Message and data rates may apply. The keywords QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE also opt you out. Because this is a person-to-person service, an opt-out applies to the Intelligink number you replied to; if you are texting with more than one person at Intelligink, reply STOP to each.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information you provide through the text messaging service is handled as described in the SMS Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Intelligink LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services including Microsoft Azure, Kit, RightMessage, SavvyCal, and Jotform. Our SMS text messaging service is delivered over Microsoft Teams Phone and the mobile carrier networks. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective terms and privacy policy prior to disclosing any information.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Company does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts sitting in the State of Florida over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
