We’ve had Sensitivity Labels withing Microsoft 365 for a while now. You can apply them to documents, emails, and other content. You can even auto apply them with certain licenses. Now, you can also use these Sensitivity Labels with Microsoft Teams, Groups, and SharePoint! The containers for the content you could tag previously. These Sensitivity Labels in Microsoft Teams are awesome! They provide you the ability to control things like public vs private Teams. Web access only vs. download ability within a SharePoint site. External sharing abilities for the Teams, Site or Group as whole.

Curious how you set them up with Microsoft Teams, Groups, and SharePoint? We’ve created a 30-minute video walking you through the configuration of these Sensitivity Labels and show you how they work. Check it out below. If you like this video and want to see more like it, subscribe to our YouTube channel and let us know what else you want to see!
