One of the confusions I encounter the most in Microsoft 365 is Microsoft Teams Files vs. SharePoint Online Files. However, it doesn't need to be that confusing. They are actually one in the same! Teams files are just files, stored in SharePoint, and surfaced in Teams. Any files that are uploaded into SharePoint, can be [...]

Governing Office 365 related services is an essential part of Office 365 administration. You may also want to leverage Flow to alert you when it’s time to review an existing resource in one of those services. In this session, we’re going to demonstrate how you can leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Flow combined with other Microsoft cloud services to automate and govern your Office 365 environment. You just couldn’t wait, could you? Anyways, we’re glad you’ve enjoyed what you’ve seen so far and hopefully learned a lot. Lesson 4 should be just as good! Hop on over to that inbox and keep going!
Keep an eye on your email, lesson 5 should be there any minute so you can learn all about adding users to your Office 365 tenant.
Lesson number 6 is on it’s way to your inbox. While you wait, go grab a snack! This one is a video so you can sit back, relax, and have a quick snack while you watch.
Hope you enjoyed the video, I can’t promise any of these other lessons will be as exciting, but nevertheless, you couldn’t wait to hit that 1/2 way point could you? Well, the email with lesson 7 should be in your inbox shortly so you can officially say you’re 1/2 way done with the course.
Face it, if you’ve been clicking all the way through this course…or even clicked through to get the next lesson a few times, you clicked this time just to see what I would say in this last popup. Ok, probably not, I know I’m really not that clever or funny. You’re really just so close to the end of the course that you wanted to finish it up. Well, I won’t’ keep you any longer, go check your email for lesson 13 and congratulations on finishing the course!!
Azure AD, the last of the “Admin Centers” in Office 365 and nearly the end of this course (and these annoying popups letting you know the next lesson is on the way). I hope you enjoy lesson 12 and have learned a lot throughout the process of this course. If you have any feedback or comments on the course or would like to see more like it, feel free to reach out via the contact form on the site, but only after you go check your email and get through lesson 12. Now get to it…
Security and Compliance…everyone’s favorite two topics! Since you’re so excited to learn about them, I’ll keep this one short. Now go see if that email has arrived so you can learn about some of what the Security and Compliance Center has to offer within your Office 365 environment.
And no, this whole process isn’t built using any Office 365 tools actually :-/ Maybe it’s a bit hypocritical? But since Microsoft doesn’t offer public websites anymore and everything going on behind the scenes would be really hard to do in Flow…I just chose not to use them. However, PowerApps and Flow are really powerful tools for internal apps and workflow. Go check your email for lesson 10 to learn more about them.
Maybe I can find some way to embed a little game in these popups. Then you could at least have something fun to do while you wait for the next lesson to arrive 🙂 it would have to be a pretty short game though since the email may even be in your inbox already. If not, just give it another few seconds to arrive.
Ok, I’m running out of creative things to say…these if you’re just starting to power through the lessons now, you’ve been missing out. These last few popups might start getting a little more boring. Oh well, lesson 8 should be arriving any minute so you can stop reading my rambling popups and go actually learn something.
We’re glad you’re excited about lesson 2 of “Getting Started with Office 365”. The lesson should be arriving in your mailbox any minute!
We’re glad you’ve enjoyed the first two lessons of “Getting Started with Office 365” and can’t wait for lesson three. Now head over to your mailbox, is should be there any minute!
